Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the concrete tower production process Ensure compliance with safety regulations and budget targets across production phasesManage inventory and align production flow with other departments Work closely with engineering teams to continuously improve workflows and procedures Guide and support new team members during onboarding and integration into operations

Solid experience in production or manufacturing environments Proven leadership skills in roles such as shift leader or team coordinator Willingness to travel for changing project assignments across locations Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) Analytical thinking, structured working style, and a hands-on mindset
